Our Story

Founded by Patricia Hutihuti Wilson, Tahitian Treasures was born out of a desire to share the authentic beauty of Polynesian craftsmanship with the world. With roots deeply planted in the islands of Tahiti and a heart that beats in rhythm with the Hawaiian islands, Tahitian Treasures bridges the gap between these two cultures through her work.

What started as a personal passion for traditional design by Lucie's mother, it has grown into a destination for those seeking more than just a souvenir; our customers are looking for a piece of the islands they can take home.

The Art of the Pareu

At Tahitian Treasures, we take great pride in our handcrafted pareos. More than just a garment, the pareo is a symbol of versatility and island elegance. Lucie Taie and Blanche Hanohano personally curates and crafts our shell jewelry, ensuring that every necklace, earring, and bracelet honors the delicate, natural beauty of the materials. From iridescent shells gathered with care to intricate designs that mimic the tides, our jewelry serves as a timeless reminder of the ocean’s magic.
